    My Story

After a decade of working in Qatar, my husband and I pursued our dream for our 3-year old daughter to live ang grow in Canada. We chose student pathway, believing that it is the fastest route. I chose Business Administration - Finance/Accounting as it is aligned to my work experience and that also paved way for me to work at Alberta Blue Cross. While it is difficult to balance studies, work and family, working in a Canadian company is a breath of fresh air for me. They do not micromanage and allow growth to those who want growth. This opportunity is kind of limited in Middle East. While my greatest doubt is my daughter's adjustment, surprisingly she, I think, is having the best experience here - enjoying four seasons, inexpensive daycare, and kids church! We are just starting and there's so much to do, but Canadian dream is always worth it.
